Privacy Policy
Dreamless Studio is the private publishing tool behind the YouTube channel @Dreamless-The-Hush. It makes one short episode a day, waits for the channel owner's approval, uploads it to the owner's own channel, and reads that channel's statistics to plan the next episodes. It is used only by the channel's owner. No one else signs in to it, and it never acts on anyone else's account.
What the app accesses
With the owner's permission, through Google's YouTube APIs, the app:
- uploads videos to the owner's channel and sets their titles, descriptions and tags (
youtube.upload,youtube.force-ssl); - reads the channel's own videos, the public comments on them, and channel statistics (
youtube.readonly); - reads the channel's YouTube Analytics reports, such as views, watch time and subscribers gained (
yt-analytics.readonly).
Through TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API, on the owner's own TikTok account only, the app reads the account's basic profile (user.info.basic), sends finished episodes to the owner's TikTok drafts (video.upload) and, once allowed, posts them (video.publish).
Through Meta's Instagram API, on the owner's own Instagram professional account only, the app publishes finished episodes as Reels and reads their view, like, comment and share counts and the account's follower count.
What is stored, and where
- Sign-in tokens for YouTube, TikTok and Instagram are kept encrypted in the owner's private GitHub repository and are used only by the app's scheduled jobs.
- Video statistics, and the text of public comments on the channel's own videos, are kept in the app's private database to plan future episodes.
- No data is sold, shared with advertisers, or used to build profiles of viewers.

Removing access
The owner can revoke the app's access at any time: for YouTube at myaccount.google.com/permissions, for TikTok in the TikTok app under Settings → Security → Manage app permissions, and for Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites. Stored statistics are deleted when the app's database is deleted.
